Publishing royalties are typically paid through a linked bank account. Distribution payouts may be handled separately.

Final Agreement

SpacedOut Studios Entertainment ("The Label") is an independent record label. By submitting this application, you ("The Artist") acknowledge that if accepted, The Label may retain partial rights to use your master recordings for promotional, distribution, and business purposes for a period of up to four (4) years from the date of initial release.

You understand that you are not bound to a fixed-term exclusive contract by submitting this application. However, acceptance into the label constitutes agreement to operate within The Label’s structure, standards, and release processes.

You agree that all information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You acknowledge that publishing royalties are typically paid through a linked bank account, and that distribution payouts may be handled through third-party platforms.

By continuing, you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and consent to the use of cookies for platform functionality. You understand that The Label may terminate its association with you at its discretion in accordance with applicable laws.
