About

Dorzi

Dorzi is an artist from the north of England and a founding member of Blacked Out Criminals, also known as Boccle. Known for his distinctive vocal style, he delivers sharp, continuous flows that capture everyday life with a unique blend of realism and humor.

He first gained widespread attention through his appearance on the Channel 4 documentary Kids, Knives and Broken Lives, where millions were introduced to his perspective on the realities of UK street culture. Rather than glorifying the subject, Dorzi brought a grounded and honest voice to the conversation, highlighting the seriousness behind the headlines.

With a strong reputation for high-energy performances, Dorzi has performed across major northern bassline events including The Boiler House and CasaLoc, as well as twice appearing at the Movement Festival in front of crowds of over 5,000.

Widely regarded as one of the standout lyricists in Bradford, Dorzi has influenced a new generation of artists through both his collaborations and solo work. From bassline records with Tom Zanetti and Bad Boy Chiller Crew to more hip-hop-driven releases like "Bonnie & Clyde" and "You and I", his versatility sets him apart as an artist capable of excelling across multiple lanes.
